What Is the 3D Anatomical Model Tool?
The 3D anatomical model is a tool to create anatomical images for use in presentations, studies, projects, or in any other application. The models were based on a real human body.
Instructions
In order to begin to use this visual tool, it is necessary to select a model from one of the many categories.

Using the 3D Anatomical Model Tool.

Once you have selected a model:
  • Move the cursor over the image while holding down the left mouse button.

    • Up and Down dissects the model to various levels

    • Left and Right rotates the model around the axis

  • Clicking on magnifying glass icon displays a full-resolution image. The image may be saved for use in other applications.
How to download images
  1. Click and drag on the viewer to find the image you want to download.

  2. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the lower right corner.

  3. PC Users:
    In the new window that pops up, right click the image and select “save picture as” from the menu.

    Mac Users:
    In the new window that pops up, Ctrl+click (or click and hold) the image and select “save image as” from the menu.
